FAMILY EIDGAHS – ARE THEY IMPERMISSIBLE?

In certain quarters, ‘Family Eidgahs’ are hosted on the Day of Eid. Men, women, children and all gather at a certain venue and ‘Eid Salaah’ is performed. Men and women intermingle, the venue is not a proper Eidgah, and many other evils take place. An introduction to the Sunnah Eidgah as well as details regarding the impermissibility of the so-called Family Eidgah follows.

THE SUNNAH EIDGAH

Firstly, what is an Eidgah? The Shariah stipulates that the Musallah/Eidgah is an open field located on the outskirts/boundaries of the town. It is not in the middle of the town. It is sinful not to have a proper Eidgah.

The Musallah need not be Waqf ground. Any open land on the outskirts where the buildings come to an end, will be a Shar’i Musallah if the Eid Salaat is performed there. Open fields in built up areas, with buildings surrounding, are not proper Shar’i Eidgahs. In some places, sports fields or school grounds are used for Eid Salaat. While the Salaat performed on such land is valid, the Sunnatul Muakkadah requirement of the Musallah is not discharged. Furthermore, it is Sunnah for males to go to the Eidgah.

WHO MUST ATTEND THE EIDGAH AND WHO MUST NOT?

Secondly, only adult males and mature boys of understanding should attend the Eidgah. Children – 7 years and below – and babies should not be brought to the Eidgah. As far as girls and women are concerned, it is Haraam for them to attend the Eidgah, the Masaajid, the shopping malls, etc. We have written an entire article against women attending the Eidgah. The Fatwa of the Shaafi Math-hab: According to Allamah Ibn Hajar Haitami Rahimahullah, it is Haraam for women to attend the Masaajid, Eidgah, Shopping malls, etc. He clearly states: “.And, no one will hesitate in prohibiting women (from the Musjid, the Eidgah, the shopping malls, and emerging from the home in general) except a ghabi (moron) who is a jaahil, and who lacks ability in understanding the subtleties of the Shariah …The correct verdict is categorical Tahreem (i.e. haraam for women to come to the Musjid), and this is the Fatwa. And, this in a nutshell is our (Shaafi’ Math-hab).” (Kifaayatul Akhyaar)

The Fatwa of the Hanafi Math-hab: Allamah Kaasaani Rahimahullah states: “The Fuqaha have unanimously agreed (enacted Ijmaa`) that indeed there is no concession for Ash-shawaabb to emerge (khurooj) for Jumu`ah, Eidayn and Any Salaah because of the statement of Allah Ta`ala: And (O Women) remain firmly in your homes)’ And the command of qaraar (remaining steadfastly at home) is a prohibition of roaming/travelling/parading around and on the grounds that their khurooj is indisputably a sabab (means) of fitnah. And fitnah is haraam and whatever leads to haraam is also haraam!!!” (Badaai us Sanaai) (The term as-shawaabb means young women, and ash-shawaabb are not confined to teenage girls. All those females who are not aged hags and who hold sexual attraction come within the scope of ash-shawaabb.)

THE FATWA OF ‘FAMILY’ SO-CALLED EIDGAHS

From the above two-mentioned points, it is clear that the ‘Family’ outing which takes place on the holy day of Eid is neither an Eidgah – nor any type of Islamic gathering. It is Haraam for the following reasons:

  • The venue of an amphitheater, stadium, etc. is not a valid Sunnah Eidgah. We have written a detailed 6-page article regarding the Sunnah Eidgah. Kindly view it on our website.
  • The attendance of women is Haraam. We have written an entire booklet on this. It is against all four Math-habs. Women must remain at home.
  • Intermingling of the sexes. This is unanimously Haraam. Not observing proper Hijaab is in fact opening the doors of Zina. There is much Zina in the Muslim community. The men and women are so shameless that they hug/kiss/embrace other men’s wives and daughters which is also a form of Zina and in complete violation of the Shariah.
  • Looking at the opposite gender. This is Haraam and extremely shameless. The Ni’mat of the Eyes is an Amaanat bestowed unto us by Allah. Misusing it is ingratitude and a great sin.
  • The dressing of many people on the day of Eid is in conflict with the Shariah. The Sunnah Kurtah is abandoned and the Kaafir style of jeans, suits, shirts and pants is adopted.
  • The dressing of women is totally in conflict with the Shariah. Allah commands in Surah Ahzaab that women should don the Jilbaab. The pure wives (Azwaaj-e-Mutahharaat) of Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam used to wear the Jilbaab. The Jilbaab is such a garment which covers a woman from head to toe including the face with one of the eyes exposed. The Jilbaab is Waajib upon very woman when she leaves her home for a necessity. Women are allowed to leave their homes only for necessities. The fancy Abaayas worn outside the home, are Haraam and shameless.
  • The laws of Hijaab are obviously violated. A Haraam function/gathering is incapable of upholding the Qur’aanic laws of Hijaab. Despite the wives of Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam wearing a Jilbaab which did not reveal the shape of their bodies like the shameless Abayas of this era, Allah Ta’ala commanded that there should be a screen/curtain/wall between them and ghair mahram males! Allamah Baghawi who is a Shaafi, has mentioned this in his Tafseer. This is mentioned by the Mufassireen in detail. (Aayat 53 of Surah Ahzaab).
  • The Niqaab: Even if a woman wears the waajib Jilbaab and the waajib Niqaab, then too it is Haraam for her to leave her home for this event as explained above. However, most women don’t cover their faces. This is indeed very shameless. According to all four Math-habs, even the Shaafi Math-hab, it is Waajib-necessary for a woman to cover her face. Ibn Hajar Haitami mentions the Shaafi Fatwa in his Tuhfah: “YES! She who is certain of the gaze of a stranger (ajnabi) falling on her, for her it is laazim (incumbent) to conceal her face from him, otherwise she would be assisting him towards haraam, thus she would be sinning.” It is obvious that men ‘ogle’ and ‘stare’ at women at these Haraam functions. After all, it is a Haraam function which is meant to attract immoral attention of the opposite sex.
  • The emphasis on the Shariah is that women should conceal themselves. Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam asked Hazrat Faatimah Radhiyallahu Anha ‘what is the best thing for a woman’. She responded that no male should see a female and likewise she should not see any male. At the mock Eidgahs, the women apply make-up, lipstick and wear attractive clothing.
  • Perfume: Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said that a woman who applies perfume and passes by a gathering of men, is a prostitute. Thus, it is observed that women who attend the Eidgah, behave like prostitutes. They have much prostitute tendencies within them.
  • Shameless dressing: ‘Jeans and tops’ and ‘tops and pants’ are for the Kuffaar – not for Muslims. Love for Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam demands that we dress up Islamically. The modern-day Abaya reveals the shape of a woman’s body. These Abayas are absolutely haraam for appearance in public. Instead of concealment, it offers more attraction!

It is a despicable and immoral Bid’ah. There is no such a thing in Islam as a family so-called Eidgah. Our Eidgahs and Masaajid are becoming more like churches and Kaafir functions just like the Haraam weddings which take place amongst us!

ZINA VALENTINES DAY

ZINA VALENTINES DAY – A DAY OF SHAITAANIYYAT & HARAAM ZINA

Allah Ta’ala says: “And do not go even near to Zina.  Verily, it is shameless and an evil way.”

In another Aayah, Allah Ta’ala states: “Do not incline towards the Zaalimeen (oppressors).”

There is no place for be-hayaai (shamelessness) in Islam. Islam is a beautiful religion. And shamelessness is ugly and filthy. Hijaab is a beautiful quality which is practically  Fardh upon all. For the achievement of such beautiful Islamic values, it is necessary for Muslim parents to inculcate and develop the praiseworthy quality of Hayaa and Hijaab into their children from the cradle. However, since Muslim parents are themselves so shameless, they create aversion and hatred for Hijaab in the hearts of their young children. Thus, most Muslims behave and conduct themselves like be-hayaa Kuffaar!

The Zina Day of Valentine’s Day is a day for shameless Kuffaar, not for even fussaaq Muslims.  It is absolutely not at all for Muslims. Those who claim to be Muslim, should not have the slightest  truck  with this immoral Valentine’s Day. It is an evil day to be celebrated by Zaanis (adulterers) and Zaaniyahs (adulteresses). In the above Aayat, Allah Ta’ala has warned us to stay very far from the ways of the  Kuffaar.  Many people have already tasted the devastating consequences of haraam relationships, which is the consequence of following the ways of the Kuffaar.

The very first Aayah states that we should not even approach near to Zina. Zina is abhorrently  Haraam and everything which leads to Zina is abhorrently Haraam. The reason for the flood of zina is the abandonment of the Hijaab system. 99% of Muslims break the laws of Hijaab. With a television at home, one cannot  even  dream of observing the laws of Hijaab as one is involved in watching women, and women watching men.  Everything is  Haraam on TV, videos, movies, cinema, etc.

Amongst the evils in which Muslims are involved on the Haraam behayaa-shameless Shaitaani Zina Valentine’s Day are:

  • Zina. The actual act of adultery/ fornication. The punishment for Zina is very severe. In this world, if Zina is established, then the stoning of death (Rajm) is the punishment. The punishment of stoning to death or 100 lashes indicates the severity of committing Zina that a person has to be stoned to death or lashed so many times in order to acquire ‘purification’ from the filthy act of Zina! In the Aakhirat, Jahannam is the punishment where their bodies will stink like sewage.

The following is part of a lengthy narration which took place on the night of Me’raj: “Then he passed by people who had in front of them cooked meat in a pot, and in another pot rotten uncooked meat. They were eating from the pot containing the rotten uncooked meat ignoring the cooked meat. Rasoolullah (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) asked: ‘Who are these people?’ Jibreel (Alaihis Salaam) replied: ‘They are people of your Ummat who have lawful and pure wives yet they turn to impure women and spend the night there. Similarly this is the condition of that woman who leaves her lawful and pure husband and goes to an impure man where she spends the night.’

  • All the steps which lead to Zina, are also regarded as Zina. Immorality is not supposed to be  found in Muslims. But Muslim parents are the major cause for destroying the Islamic morals  their children by sending their children to Jahannam right in this world. The schools and universities are Jahannam for a Muslim. It is absolutely Haraam to send one’s children to secular schools, Muslim schools, colleges, technikons or universities! These Kaafir schools and universities are ‘hotbeds of Zina’!

Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam has mentioned that the eyes commit zina and their Zina is looking (at Haraam such as ghair mahrams); the hands commit Zina and their Zina is touching (Haraam such as ghair mahrams); the feet commit Zina and their Zina is walking (towards Haraam); the mouth commits Zina and its Zina is kissing and speaking  immoral filth; and the heart desires and wishes and the private parts either accept/confirm this (i.e. commits the actual Zina) or it rejects (all the preceding acts of Zina of the eyes, hands, feet, mouth, etc. and stays away from the actual Zina).

  • Zina of the eyes. Looking at the opposite gender. It is Haraam to look at ghair Mahrams. Even the first ‘intentional’ gaze is Haraam. Despite knowing that ghair-Mahrams are approaching us or that our eyes would fall on ghair Mahrams, we simply don’t care. We enjoy Haraam and have no shame whatsoever Allah Ta’ala is looking at us. Where is the ghairat (honour) which we Muslims supposed to possess? Have we forgotten that the eyes which Allah has bestowed unto us, are His Ni’mat which may not be abused? Why have we become so insensitive to the laws of Allah?
  • Zina of the ears. Listening to the voice of ghair-Mahrams. This is a major disease. Phoning gahir Mahrams is Haraam. We should make Taubah for this and all sins.
  • Zina of the tongue. The Shariah prescribes strict Hijaab between ghair-Mahrams. It is Haraam to make Salaam to ghair-Mahrams. Speaking to ghair-Mahrams is Zina of the tongue which is Haraam!
  • Zina of the heart. When a person does not observe Hijaab properly and he entertains Shaitaani and lustful thoughts regarding a ghair-mahram man or woman, then the heart inclines towards that woman/man and  she takes enjoyment from such inclinations. We should fight our Nafs, otherwise it is also a type of Zina.
  • Zina of the hands. It is extremely shameless to shake the hands of a ghair-Mahram. This is absolutely Haraam. Furthermore, some are even more shameless. They touch/hold and fondle ghair-Mahrams. All these acts lead to the actual Zina. It is mentioned in Surah Yaseen that the hands and feet will speak against such people on the day of Qiyaamah when the tongues will be sealed. Texting and whatsapping ghair Mahrams are also part of Zina!
  • Zina of the feet. Walking towards ghair Mahram women, etc.
  • Tashabbuh Bil Kuffaar (Imitating/emulating the Kuffaar). It is Haraam for Muslims to imitate Non-Muslims in their Haraam valentine’s day activities or to behave like Kuffaar on this day of Zina.
  • Boyfriends-girlfriends. This is absolutely Haraam and one of the key stepping-stones towards the actual act of Zina. A Muslim should be dignified. The girlfriend-boyfriend concept is a be-hayaa concept for people interested in Zina. It is Shaitaaniyyat and a path to Jahannam.
  • Valentine’s Day cards and messages. It is Haraam to send Valentine’s Day cards, sms’s, mms’s, whatsapp messages, tweets, emails, etc. The custom of valentine’s Day is a baseless Haraam custom.
  • Haraam functions and parties. It is Haraam to have valentine’s day parties, dinners, braais, dances, balls, family-gatherings, etc. We are Muslims and we should not behave like the enemies of Islam!
  • Roses. This is another Haraam custom. Giving out roses on the Zina Day of Valentine is Haraam.
  • Wearing red on Valentine’s Day. This is absolutely Haraam. Remember: we are Muslims!
  • Wastage of money. Spending on issues and things related to valentine’s Day such as buying flowers, having functions, giving out chocolates, etc. is Haraam. Those who waste are the family of Shaitaan.
  • Selling Valentine’s Day products. It is Haraam to sell valentine’s day cards, teddy bears, roses, mugs, pens, and other specific Valentine’s day gifts. Don’t contaminate your income with Haraam. Likewise, it is also Haraam to buy, advertise or to be involved in any way whatsoever with such Haraam. In short, we as Muslims should boycott Valentine’s Day. This is the demand of true Imaan!
  • Violating the laws of Hijaab. The purpose of Hijaab is the moral purity and spiritual upliftment of the Ummah. Without Hijaab, the Ummah will be morally depraved as it currently is. Most Muslims break the laws of Hijaab. We have forgotten that one day we are going to die, and Allah is going to ask us about this. Breaking a law of Allah is very serious. We should treat Hijaab seriously.

But the very opposite of Hijaab is be-hayaai (shamelessness). Without observing proper Hijaab, we are opening the doors of Zina. And that is why there is so much Zina in our Muslim communities amongst unmarried and married people to the extent of even wife-swopping and prostitution! The filthy immoral and promiscuous Valentine’s Day is totally in conflict with the pure system of Hijaab.

Furthermore, people don’t know what is Hijaab. Hijaab is not just a scarf. The highest form of Hijaab is that a woman should remain at home. If there is a valid necessity recognised by the Shariah, then she may leave her home on condition that she does not intermingle, her entire body is covered, her face and hair are covered and that she wears a Jilbaab – not an Abaaya, outside her home!

Hijaab is not meant to attract the opposite gender. Hijaab in fact keeps ghair Mahrams apart. And colours like red and pink are very attractive. There is no way that it could be permissible for a woman to wear pink and red when she leaves her home or in front of ghair Mahrams. The Shariah also prescribes that ghair Mahrams should not be in the same room. This is also violated by most Muslims!

A Muslim woman who has hayaa, will not allow a ghair Mahram to see her face. In fact, she abhors even a ghair Mahram looking at her shadow, never mind even her clothes. Most Muslim girls dress  like prostitutes. Jeans and tops are not for Muslim women. It is for the immoral prostitutes. Jeans and tops reveal the shape of a woman’s body and a woman who wears such clothing is cursed in Islam.

  • Photography. Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam has mentioned that the persons who will receive the most severe punishment on the Day of Qiyaamah, are those involved in pictures. May Allah save us and may He grant us Hidaayah to stay away from all animate photos and pictures. Taking, keeping, sending, publishing, sharing, etc., digital or non-digital pictures of animate objects is Haraam! The angels of mercy do not enter the home which has such pictures. That is one of the reasons why TV, videos, movies, cinema, facebook, etc. is so evil. They are the weapons of Shaitaan and Dajjaal!
  • Intermingling of the sexes. How many Muslims abstain from Haraam intermingling? We greet and even speak to ghair Mahrams. This is shameless and unbecoming of true Muslims. Everyone complains about the sad plight of the Ummah, but we are the very same Ummatis who break the laws of Allah as if we going to live forever and that we will never die and see the Qabr. Every single person will taste Maut. Death is inevitable. We are only going to live in this world once. So let us prove to one and all that we really love Allah and His Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam by oberving the laws of Hijab strictly and without being concerned of what Fussaaq have to say about Hijaab.

We are ordered by the Shariah to make strict Hijaab, but 99% of the Ummah does not want to observe this law of Allah. We find an avalanche of stupid excuses to justify Haraam intermingling and the shameless abandonment of the laws of Hijaab. So, how then is the Ummah expected to progress? Allah’s punishment is around the corner and every soul shall taste what he has sent forth for himself.

It is best to make Taubah and begin observing the laws of Hijaab before it is too late……

The above details are a few reasons why Valentine’s Day is Haraam. It is Haraam and shameless for a Muslim to be associated with Valentine’s Day in any way whatsoever. Even printing cards and assisting others as well as Kuffaar towards valentine’s Day is Haraam. It is Haraam to sell Valentine’s Day products even to Kuffaar. Zina is evil and shameless. Homosexuality, lesbianism and promiscuity have no place in Islam!

Chocolates: It is necessary for all Muslims to exercise caution with regards to chocolates. There are many Haraam chocolates on the market. Most of the chocolates are doubtful. A Kaafir cannot be trusted when it comes to food. In fact, even Muslims cannot be trusted as many Muslims lie and conceal the truth. Therefore, one must be careful what one eats.

Chocolates containing shellac are Haraam. Shellac is derived from an insect. May Allah save us from consuming such filth. Another haraam ingredient used in the flavourings, is ethanol or other types of alcohol. Most chocolates contain flavourings. And the ‘law’ states that any alcohol less than 0,5% does not have to be stated in the ingredients. It is regarded as ‘alcohol-free’.

But, Islamically, it is not ‘alcohol-free’. It is Haraam! The same applies to soft-drinks, ice-creams, etc. One needs to be careful with regards to all of these commercial products. Other chocolates contain vanillin. This is also a doubtful product. Some sweets contain Haraam gelatine. Even the gelatine from Pakistan is not trustworthy. One cannot rely in this age on the Halaal certifiers because they are only concerned about money and their reputation and how many people they can ‘approve’ and ‘certify’.

They have no concern for the Deen whatsoever. There is a huge amount of scholars for Dollars in this age. One is the halaal-certifiers. The other is the Haraam so-called ‘Islamic’ finance scholars. And another is the Salafis who have their programs and courses at halls, centres, etc. All of them are selling the Deen. We are sure that some moron scholars are not against Valentine’s Day. Nowadays, these Shayaateen are finding excuses to make every Haraam thing Halaal.

Saying ‘Happy Valentine’s Day’. It is Haraam to say Happy Valentine’s Day, Happy Christmas, Happy Easter, etc. We have to view things within the Islamic context. Good character lies in following the ways of Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam whereby opposing Kuffaar ways is integral to beautiful Akhlaaq. With regards to these Haraam type of sayings, one faasiq so-called ‘Mufti’ Abu Layth character from Birmingham has attempted to defend such Tashabbuh Bil Kuffaar by claiming via implication that saying ‘Happy Christmas’ is good character taught to us by Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam. (Nauthu Billah)

Attributing a lie deliberately to Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam is a sign of Kufr. The fact that he quotes moron Qardawi is enough to show that he is lost. Only lost characters quote Qardawi and other morons in their so-called ‘Fatwas’ of baseless opinion. But the moronic self-professed faasiq of Birmingham who dresses up and looks like a Kaafir and also happens to be a Zindeeq is unaware that Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said: “Most assuredly, you will follow the ways of those before you inch by inch, cubit by cubit so much so that if they enter into a lizard’s hole, you too will certainly enter it.” The Sahaabah asked: “O Rasulullah! (Do you mean) the Yahood and the Nasaaraa?” Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Who else?” (Bukhari, Muslim, etc.)

THE HARAAM TOURS OF THE BID’ATI NINOWY

Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Expose the faajir regarding the evil in which he indulges so that people remain safe from him.”

IMAAM ABU HANIFAH RAHIMAHULLAHS ADVICE TO THE TRUE ULAMA:

“When you observe a Deeni danger in a person of worldly pomp and rank, then proclaim it (to the masses), and do not be deterred by his pomp and rank. Verily, Allah is your Supporter and your Helper, and the Helper of the Deen. When you act in this way (i.e. fearlessly proclaiming the Haqq), they will hold you in awe and not become audacious in flagrant commission of bid’ah in front of you.”

In matters of the Deen if you see someone flagrantly committing evil, then expose him to the people so that they do not follow him, and so that they remain aloof of him. Verily, Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:  ‘Expose the faajir regarding the evil in which he indulges so that people remain safe from him.”

FIRST AND FOREMOST: MAY ALLAH TA’ALA PROTECT US FROM BID’AH AND MAY HE KEEP US SAFE FROM THE BID’ATI FUJJAAR IN SOUTH AFRICA AND OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD – AMEEN YA RABBAL AALAMEEN.
SECONDLY: WE HAVE TO KNOW WHO ARE THE BID’ATIS AND WE HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT NABI SALLALLAHU ALAYHI WASALLAM DECLARED EVERY BID’AH TO BE DEVIATION AND THAT  EVERY DEVIATION WILL BE IN THE FIRE.
THIRDLY, IT SHOULD NOT BE DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE ‘ULAMA’, ‘SHEIKHS’ AND ‘SNAKES’ WHO PROMOTE BID’AH ARE IN FACT DEVIATES MISLEADING THE PUBLIC.

Recently, certain Ulama have expressed concerns regarding this Ninowy Bid’ati. All the Ulama-e-Haq are aware that Ninowy is amongst the Mudhilleen. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Verily, I fear for my Ummah such Aimmah (scholars) who are mudhilleen (men who mislead others).”  Ninowy does not subscribe to the laws of Hijaab. He openly speaks to women and even teaches females without a screen in between which is in flagrant conflict with what the Qur’aan commands. He indulges in photos and TV. Ninowy is also a Bid’ati. He is involved in Mawlid/Moulood/Meelaad and also customary loud congregational Thikr.

That is not all.  Ninowy  has Shia ‘blood’. He is a danger to the Muslims.  He never praises Hazrat Abu Bakr, Hazrat Umar and Hazrat Uthmaan Radhiyallahu Anhum as how he praises Hazrat Ali Radhiyallahu Anhu. He spoke about Karbala now in Muharram, which is amongst the Shi’aar of the Shias. He behaves like a Shia. He also had a program some time back regarding Hazrat Abu Bakr Radhiyallahu Anhu which is a clear sign of Holy Hypocrisy – Shia Taqiyah of concealing one’s actual beliefs.  He is also a ghair muqallid. He pretends to be following one of the four Math-habs, but he in fact imagines that he is a Mujtahid. Ninowy approves all of the Haraam acts which take place at the Mass Mawlid. He cannot claim that everything at the Mass mawlid at Athlone Stadium is permissible, unless he wishes to do so at the danger of his own Imaan. But, he attends the Haraam function whereas the Shariah commands that a Muslim should not be present at any place where the laws of Allah are violated!

Ninowy has a Haraam Bid’ati Moulood tour every year. Why is it that Ninowy is not all linked to all the Madaaris and Darul Ulooms.? His tours are only amongst the Moulood Bid’atis such as Masjidul Quds which is treated like a temple, the deviate Madinah Institute which don’t seem to know anything about proper Hijaab, The Mass Mawlid Bid’atis Committee of Eastern Cape, the Saaberie Chistie and Sultan Bahu Bid’atis, the Al-Ghazali complex of Bid’atis in Laudium, George Masjid, Habibia Soofie Masjid in Cape Town, Durban, etc., Umhlanga Masjid,  Azzaweya Masjid and all other Masjids and institutions which are run by the Bid’atis. Ninowy is nowhere near the Ulama-e-Haq. In fact, he is not even near those Ulama-e-Soo and those liberals who claim to be associated with Deoband!

Soon Ninowy will be having another Haraam tour in South Africa with the following very usual Faasiq guests of dishonour and disgrace such as Faasiq Qari Naaina, Faasiq Qutbuddeen Kajee, Faasiq Seraj Hendriks, Faasiq Abdur Rahman Alexander, Faasiq Haroon Mous, Faasiq Ganief Moos and many other Fussaaq guests of  Shaitaaniyat such as some Malaysian fussaaq.

Ninowy’s tours mainly focus on Haraam Moulood and Bid’ah customary congregational loud Thikr. The Sahaabah and Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam did not engage in loud congregational Thikr. There is simply no proof for this. All the Hanafi Fuqaha mention that the principle in Thikr is Ikhfaa (silence) and Loud thikr is Bid’ah. The only time loud Thikr is permissible is like the thikr during the Days of Tashreeq, the Azaan, Iqaamah, etc.

The following promoters of Shaitaaniyat will also be present at these Haraam functions: ITV, VOC, Al-Hijrah TV and Radio Al-Ansaar. Photography is Haraam. Women will also be present at these gatherings. According to all four Math-habs, it is Haraam for women to attend the Masaajid. When it is Haraam for women to attend the Masaajid, then how can it be permissible for women to attend public functions, Mouloods, Thikr gatherings, Ninowy’s programs, etc.! Furthermore, much intermingling of the sexes takes place at these gatherings which is also Haraam according to all four Math-habs!

These deviates claim that they are expressing happiness at Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam’s Mubaarak birth, but they are observing functions and celebrations which have no basis in the Shariah. It is Haraam to express ‘happiness’ in a Kaafir way and manner. Celebrating birthdays is the way of the Kuffaar. Never ever did any of the Salafus Saaliheen celebrate the birth of Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam. This is a Kaafir custom in emulation of the Kuffaar. They are emulating the Kuffaar to the extent that they even putting street lights with Allah’s name on the streets. This is not the way Muslims propagate Deen.

Among the strongest dalaa-il (proofs and arguments) in refutation of bid’ah acts such as collective Thikr performances in the Musaajid which appear in the form of ibaadat, is the expulsion of a halqah zikr group from the Musjid by the illustrious Sahaabi, Hadhrat Abdullah Ibn Mas’ood (radhiyallahu anhu).

A group of people engaging in halqah Thikr were reciting Lailaha illallaah, Subhaanallah, Alhamdulillaah and Allahu Akbar in chorus. They all recited the Thikr loudly and congregationally. Hadhrat Abdullah Ibn Mas’ood (radhiyallahu anhu), the eminent Sahaabi of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam), branded the group as Mubtadieen (bid’atis) and ordered their expulsion from the Musjid.

The action of Hadhrat Abdullah ibn Mas’ood (radhiyallahu anhu) is the strongest and most direct rejection of any superficial act presented in the form of ibaadat. Any act which was not ibaadat to the Salf-e-Saaliheen but presented as ibaadat is bid’ah in the light of the Qur’aan, Sunnah and practice of the Salf-e-Saaliheen.

TALA’ASH SHAYTAANU ALAYNA CONCERT – A SHAITAANI EVENT BY SHAYTAANS NETWORK SA

Rasulullah (sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said:  “He who is silent about the Haqq is a dumb Shaytaan.”

The ‘Roggeland Duiwel-land Country Estate/House’ in Paarl has become a venue for much Haraam. The saddest and most dishonourable part of it is that the Roggeland Devil House is operated by Muslims. It is supported by Planet Mercy South Africa which is a Ninowi Bid’ati Shia initiative! Planet Mercy indulges in many Haraam activities in the name of fundraising, etc. It is Haraam to support Planet Mercy.

Concerning Ninowy, we had already written an article regarding this deviate which is available on our website. Furthermore, Deviate Ninowy has Shia inclinations. He is not a valid leader to the Muslim community. He might be a leader amongst the Shias and the Bid’atis – but not for those who follow the Deen. Very soon, the Roggeland devils would be hosting another Haraam merrymaking function which they deceptively dub as “Tala’al Badru Alayna – Eat! Pray! Love!” The “eat-pray-love” designation indicates their corrupt inclinations. What do these devils mean by ‘pray’?

They are undoubtedly Shaytaan’s prey. Hence, they do not have a conscience towards the Deen. It is Haraam piled upon Haraam. What ‘love’ and harmony can there be when we indulge in Haraam events?

 ‘Network Events’ is an organization founded by some devil. The evil events which it propagates in the name of Islam really makes us wonder if they really even know anything about Haraam and Halaal. The level of ignorance amongst Muslims is just too high and Muslims are not prepared to accept the truth. Instead, they look for corrupt Ulama and scholars for dollars who sing to their tune like MJC, SANHA, Ninowy, Taha Karaan, the Madinah Institute, the Fordsburg Jamiat, BMJ, Darul Uloom Pretoria, Ghazali School, Imam Suyuti Institute, CTIEC, IPSA, ICSA, NIHT, VOC, the so-called Islamic radio and TV stations, Mustafa College, Shaafi Institute, the Moslem schools, etc.

The Tala’al Badru function is a Haraam event because of the following:

  1. Habibia Siddique Muslim Brigade: Music is Haraam. Imitating the coons is Haraam. In fact, this faasiq brigade looks like a medley of clowns and coons merely to entertain the fussaaq. The one who initiated this brigade is the devil himself. There is nothing Islamic about this brigade. They dress up like Kuffaar and they are a bunch of miserable Shayateen.
  1. Music: Music is absolutely Haraam. Hadhrat Naafi’ (radhiyallahu anhu) narrates:

“Once when Hadhrat Abdullah Bin Umar (radhiyallahu anhu) heard the sound of a shepherd’s flute, he placed his fingers in both ears (to block the sound of the music), and he diverted his mount from that path. (As they rode on), he would say: ‘O Naafi’, can you still hear (the sound)?’ I would say: ‘Yes.’ He would then continue riding. Only when I said: ‘I can no longer hear it’, did he remove his fingers from his ears. Then he returned to the road. He then said: ‘I saw Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) doing like this when he had heard the flute of a shepherd.” (Ahmad and Abu Dawood)

      This was the reaction of the devotees of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). They could not tolerate the voice of shaitaan. When music dinned into their ears, they literally plugged their ears with their fingers. By what stretch of reasoning and on what basis of shame and honesty can it be claimed that Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had permitted music and singing? He had described it as the voice of shaitaan. He would plug his ears to block the sound of shaitaan’s voice entering his ears.

  1. Tasleema Allie: This is a faasiqah Bid’ati Aunty. It is Haraam for women to speak publicly. All the Fuqaha agree that it is Haraam for a woman to project her voice. Lady presenters are Haraam! This is the way of the Kuffaar – not Islam!
  1. Top Ten Nasheed presenter of VOC (Voice of the Clowns): In Islam, there is no such a thing as top ten Naats or top ten Nasheeds or top ten Qiraats. This is Tashabbuh Bil Kuffaar. Furthermore, professional singing of Nazms is Haraam. And this top ten nonsense refers to these Faasiq professional singers. These Nazms of today are absolutely Haraam. Even the singers have no respect for the laws of the Shariah. Hence, they and their listeners trample upon the laws of the Shariah. The top ten presenter of VOC is also a third-class Faasiq.
  1. Qari Idris Rajab: Another corrupt so-called Qaari. Majority of these Qurraa whom the public bring to South Africa are fussaaq involved in shaving the beard, photography, allowing themselves to be videoed, etc. Naina is also a faasiq munaafiq. These Qaaris have sold the Qur’aan down the drain for the carrion gains of the world.
  1. Aswaatul Madinah Band/Musician: Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said that Music breeds hypocrisy in the heart just as water grows plants! Those who listen to music should make Taubah (repent) that they will never ever again listen to music and ask Allah to remove the hypocrisy from their hearts. Don’t deceive yourself by believing that you are pure if you listen to music. A heart contaminated with music is a hypocritical heart. Hypocrisy is definitely found in those who listen to Music. We fully believe in what Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said.
  1. I’jaaz Nasheed group: Another group of fussaaq. These modern-day Nasheeds are not permissible. They resemble kaafir songs. They resemble the Bid’ati Nazms and Naats of the faasiq Qadri Bid’atis and their ilk. Some even have back-ground sounds like ‘Allah-Allah’ which is pure Nafsaaniyyat. There is no benefit in excuses and Shaitaani tricks to defend these Haraam Nasheeds. The purpose of these background sounds is for entertainment which is Haraam. Many of these so-called Nasheeds and Nazms resemble Bollywood songs and Arabian music! Inna lillaahi Wa inna Ilayhi Raaji’oon.
  1. Women leaving their homes: It is Haraam for women to exit their homes for reasons which are not deemed necessary according to the Shariah such as participating in public events. The Qur’aan prohibits such female emergence. In fact, this event is so evil that it is Haraam for men also to take part. There is absolutely no Hijaab at these fundraising events of Shaitaaniyyat.
  1. The Jilbaab and Niqaab: Even if a woman wears the ‘Fardh’ Jilbaab and the ‘Fardh’ Niqaab, then too it is Haraam for her to leave her home for this event as explained above. However, most women don’t cover their faces. This is indeed very shameless. According to all four Math-habs, even the Shaafi Math-hab, it is Waajib-necessary for a woman to cover her face. Ibn Hajar Haitami mentions the Shaafi Fatwa in his Tuhfah: “YES! She who is certain of the gaze of a stranger (ajnabi) falling on her, for her it is laazim (incumbent) to conceal her face from him, otherwise she would be assisting him towards haraam, thus she would be sinning.” It is obvious that men ‘ogle’ and ‘stare’ at women at these Haraam functions. After all, it is a Haraam function which is meant to attract immoral attention of the opposite sex.
  1. Shameless dressing: Jeans and tops and tops and pants are for the Kuffaar – not for Muslims. Love for Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam demands that we dress up Islamically. The modern-day Abaya reveals the shape of a woman’s body. These Abayas are absolutely haraam for appearance in public. These concerts are meant for the kuffaar. Hence, people will dress up like the Kuffaar at these gatherings.
  1. Intermingling of the sexes: This is a major sin. It is shameless to mingle with ghair-Mahrams or anyone to whom it is permissible to get married to. Intermingling leads to Zina.
  1. Wasting Time in Haraam: This is also a sin. We don’t own life. Life is a trust of Allah. Yet, we waste it in Haraam functions and shameless events. Allah Ta’ala has taken an oath on time. But we are at a loss because of indulging in Haraam functions of this type. Only those who utilise their time fruitfully in the obedience of Allah and encourage people towards good, are successful.
  1. Photos and Videos: This is also Haraam. The ones who will receive the most severe punishment on the Day of Qiyaamah are the one’s involved in pictures and photos.
  1. Zina of the eyes: Looking at ghair-Mahrams of the opposite gender which is Haraam.
  1. Zina of the ears: Listening to the voices of ghair Mahram women. The woman’s voice has the ability of inciting lust and passion in a man’s heart.
  1. Wastage of Money: Those who waste money are the brothers of Shaytaan as the Qur’aan says. On the Day of Qiyaamah, we will be questioned regarding our wealth. How did we earn it? How did we spend it? It is clear that it is Haraam to attend this Shaitaani concert. The tickets sold by Networks SA are tickets to Jahannam.
  1. Futility: Futility wastes time. It does not behove a Muslim to indulge in futility. Kuffaar sport, kuffaar games and merrymaking are not for those who are really concerned about the Qabr, Qiyaamah, The Bridge of Siraat, Jannah and Jahannam. Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said: “The beauty of a man’s Islam is that he shuns futile acts.” There is nothing exciting in this Haraam concert. It is undoubtedly an evil show and party organized by misguided people.
  1. The Haraam Venue: The venue is evil. This Roggeland does not obey Allah’s laws of Hijaab mentioned in 7 Aayats of the Qur’aan and over 70 Ahaadeeth. Segregation of the sexes is Waajib. They also indulge in Haraam buffets where men and women are mixed. Thus, it is stupid and an insult to intelligence to claim that “Venue: this gorgeous Roggeland Country Estate. The only Halaal Estate in the Winelands. Find out about its rich Islamic Heritage…” It has a Shaitaani heritage. That is why it is able to host evil, shameless and haraam concerts and shows in the name of Deen. Even the weddings it hosts, are absolutely Haraam. These picnics and birthday parties are all Haraam!
  1. Corrupt Madaaris and Masaajid run by Fussaaq: The Madaaris and Masaajid who participate in this Haraam function are indeed signs of Qiyaamah. What can these misguided Madaaris teach the Children? No wonder the Muslim Ummah is so corrupt! They must learn to teach the young ones about Hijaab and Haraam functions. So many laws of Allah are violated at this Eat-Pray-Love Concert of the Devil. But the problem with these Madaaris and Masaajid, is that the laws of Allah are violated even at these Madaaris and Masjid venues which supposed to be Islamic. The Madaaris are treated like kaafir schools. The Masjids are treated like Churches.
  1. Tashabbuh Bil Kuffaar: This event and concert is in emulation of the Kuffaar. It is Haraam to raise funds in this manner. Nowadays, most fund-raising activities are Haraam. 99,9% of all these charity and fundraisers are filled with Shaitaaniyyat, Nafsaaniyyat and several Haraam acts. We have forgotten Allah and we only interested in Haraam parties.
  1. VOC-Voice of the Cape Clowns: It is incumbent for the Muslim public to boycott Voice of the Cape. Don’t listen to VOC. Voice of the Cape is a station which propagates Haraam. They have shia inclinations just like Radio-Shia-786. Radio 786 even plays Music. We want to please Allah, but we break his laws. There are 4 Aayats and over 40 Ahaadeeth to prove that all types of Music is Haraam. This VOC and Radio-Shia-786 are involved in much Haraam. They are amongst the worst devils in Cape Town together with the Madinah Institute, The CTIEC, the MJC and a few other organizations. They are the main cause for misleading the Muslims in Cape Town. The ‘Sheikhs’ and Ulama who support these Radio stations are indeed shayaateen misleading the public.
  1. Misleading the public: The event is described as a ‘Muslim’ event. This is not a ‘Muslim’ event. This is a kaafir event. Any Muslim who fears Allah will not participate in this evil event. Everyone who participates in this Haraam concert is a Faasiq and a Faajir according to the Shariah. Openly sinning in public is Fisq. Don’t be fooled by the miscreants who are organizing such a Haraam event!
  1. Calling people towards Haraam: There is much Haraam already as mentioned above. It is Haraam to invite and encourage people towards wrong and evil. Music is Shaitaaniyyat. These organisers of the Haraam event are devils. The Qur’aan prohibits assisting one another in sin. Thus, it is very evil to say “Join us for a symphony of Nasheed, Qasaid, Naats & more from Sunset to a moonlit sky.” The Night is NOT meant for such Haraam nonsense and for Haraam games and partying.

These Haraam functions of merrymaking and fun will not bring people closer to the Deen. Haraam takes people away from Deen. It takes a person further away from Allah Ta’ala. These Haraam functions invite the wrath of Allah Ta’ala. May Allah guide us towards the truth and may He save us from attending these Haraam functions and events. Ameen.

VISITING THE BEACH – HOLIDAYS

‘MUSLIMS’ VISITING THE BEACH

Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said: “Hayaa is a branch of Imaan.”

Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said: “Hayaa is not found in a thing except that it beautifies it and shamelessness is not found in a thing except that it makes it ugly.”

Hayaa is an outstanding quality of a Muslim. It prevents him from doing Haraam actions. Thus, it is difficult to find a person with Hayaa at a Haraam venue. Generally, many ‘Muslims’ flock to the coastline during the holiday-season. Almost everyone treats this issue of visiting the beach during the festive period very lightly. They don’t regard it as sinful to be amongst half-naked and almost naked women. When ‘Muslims’ go for holidays, then it is not only the beach, but they visit many other Haraam places also and everything is considered to be permissible. The following sins take place when a ‘Muslim’ visits the beach:

  • The entire Hijaab/Purdah system is abandoned. There is no such a thing as Hijaab amongst semi-naked women. Anyone who thinks that he is observing the laws of Hijaab at the beach must be dreaming. There is simply no necessity to be at the beach. This is not a necessity of life. Hence, breaking the laws of Hijaab for the sake of playing in the waves is not permissible.
  • Intermingling of sexes which is absolutely Haraam. Men and women mingle for the sake of ‘fun’ in the water. Islam commands segregation of sexes. It is Haraam to associate, talk, chat or even greet a ghair-mahram.
  • Looking at the opposite gender. This is Haraam. Some people believe that they are very ‘pious’ when they are superficially ‘lowering’ their gazes amongst ‘naked’ women. Shaytaan has deceived them. Even the women stare at the men. It is shamelessness upon shamelessness.
  • Exposing the Satr. This is a major sin. It is sad that Muslims expose their knees, etc.
  • Shameless dressing. It is shameless for a Muslim man to expose his chest in public. This is the way of the Kuffaar and the Fussaaq.
  • The Haraam-Burkini. Whilst bikinis is the dressing of prostitutes, the ‘burkini’ is not far away. It also reveals the shape of a womans body. A woman who wears clothing which reveals the shape of her body is a cursed women. Most ‘Muslim’ women dress up in this manner, especially the ones that wear jeans and tops, tops-and-pants, three-quarter pants, etc.
  • Justifying all the Haraam with the argument of lowering the gazes. Most ‘Muslims’ have been deceived in this regard. It is Haraam to be there at the first place. When there are Kuffaar at the beach, then it is Haraam for Muslims to be there. Lowering the gazes is necessary at all times. But this is not a license for breaking the laws of Hijaab. This is not a license for ghair-mahram men and ghair-mahram women to be together in one room.
  • The presence of females. It is absolutely Haraam for Muslim women to go to the beach for a ‘walk’ or a ‘swim’. This is extremely shameless. Women are commanded to remain at home and not roam in public. It is not permissible for a women to expose herself to the vulgar gazes of men even if she is wearing a superficial ‘cloak’! When it is haraam for women to go to even the Musjid for Salaat, how can one even dream that it is permissible for them to go to the beach to frolic among the villains of immorality?
  • The Ni’mat of the eyes, ears, hands, feet, etc. is utilized in a Haraam way. Allah Ta’ala did not grant us all of these Ni’mats for breaking His laws of Hijaab, etc.

IT IS NOT PERMISSIBLE AND EXTREMELY SHAMELESS FOR MUSLIMS TO VISIT THE BEACH DURING THE HOLIDAY PERIODS AMONGST KUFFAAR AND NAKED WOMEN! AND AT ALL TIMES WHERE PEOPLE ARE PRESENT.

SPORTS-FIELDS, SCHOOL-GROUNDS, CAMPUSES, ETC. AND THE SUNNAH EIDGAH

THE SUNNAH EIDGAH

There is a great need for an Aalim/Mufti/Sheikh to understand the disposition and objective of the Shariah before he answers any queries. When one issues a fatwa, then a person is actually saying that Allah and his Rasul Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam are saying so-and-so. Therefore, a person needs to think very carefully before he issues any Mas’alah or Fatwa. Undoubtedly, issuing fatwas is very dangerous and not the work of everyone. In fact, most Ulama are not capable of issuing proper fatwas.

The Shariah stipulates that the Eidgah is an open field located on the outskirts/boundaries of the town. It is not in the middle of the town. Furthermore, it is Sunnah to go to the Eidgah.

The argument that a sports field, school ground, university campus, etc.  is a Sunnah Eidgah is ludicrous. The following reasons explain why:

  • It is within the town. Sports fields and school grounds are not on the outskirts. It is regarded as part of the town/city.
  • A haraam venue. A stadium is not a halaal venue. Just as how a brothel, casino, cinema, pub, church, etc. are Haraam venues so too are a sports field/stadium, school ground, university campus, etc. These are not halaal venues.
  • Soccer, cricket, baseball, basketball, etc. are haraam. Going to secular school, university, ‘muslim’ school, the so-called ‘islamic’ schools, etc. is Haraam. By performing Eid Salaah at such immoral venues, people gain the impression that kuffaar sports, public schools and the so-called ‘muslim’ schools are halaal.
  • Major sins which have become acceptable and respectable norms are committed at these venues. These are  places upon which the wrath of Allah descends. A Muslim should hate such a venue of sin. A venue of sin cannever be an Eidgah even if no sins will take place at the Eidgah.
  • When the Musjid should not be used for Eid Salaah, then to a greater extent such evil places should not be used for Salaah. We also don’t understand how a haraam venue could surpass the Masjid for the Eid Salaah?
  • A Muslim should not be present at mal’oon places. These sportfields and school grounds are Mal’oon (accursed) places.  Allah’s’ curse is on them. What virtue is there on such grounds?
  • There is no need to use any of these places since there are ample empty grounds on the outskirts available for Eid Salaah. If there is no empty ground available, then the best of places, i.e. The Musaajid are available. The worst of places are not places which should be used for Salaah. A venue of sin and immorality cannot be equated to the Sunnah Eidgah.
  • Desensitizing an Imaani attribute of Hayaa. A Muslim has much Hayaa and this Hayaa prevents him from visiting a haraam place/venue. Thus, a Muslim will not even buy bread from a pub. A Muslim will not sell popcorn to those who are few steps away from the cinema entrance. His Imaan produces such an aversion for sin in him which compels him to stay away from such accursed places. By choosing a haraam venue, the Hayaa has to be very corroded and the Imaan
  • When an evil venue is chosen for a holy act such as Salaah, then this indicates much disrespect for Salaah.
  • The Sunnah Eidgah is abandoned, and this is fisq.
  • When even the Musjid is not to be used unnecessarily for Eid Salaah, then by what stretch of logic, is a Haraam sportsfield to be used for Eid Salaah?

ARGUMENTS

Some arguments have been presented in defence of Eid Salaah on sportsfields, school grounds, etc. Each and every argument is drivel and misdirected. We came across an article from the UK where the performance of Eid Salaah on sportsfields, school grounds, etc. is defended. The writer clearly lacks in understanding of the Shariah.. In addition to it being unacademic, the way in which the writer reasons and presents proofs, point to the fact that he has a salafi temperament. He refers directly to the Qur’aan and Hadeeth for masaail, but does not understand that neither does he have the competency for ijtihaad, nor is ijtihaad on decided Shar’i issues permissible in this age. Some of their baseless arguments are as follows:

SALAAH IN CHURCH

Some people aver that “It is reported that Ibn Abbas (R.A.) would perform his Salaah in churches if no idols or pictures were present. [Bukhari vol.1 pg.62] Thus if Salaah could be performed at the places of the Jews and Christians, it could similarly be performed at the parks, sports fields etc. (The Salaah will be absolutely valid without any decrease in the rewards).” (end of argument)

Response:

  • Firstly, it is not permissible to refer directly to the Qur’aan and Hadeeth for Masaail. The argument presented in this manner indicates the salafi tendency of the molvi.
  • Secondly, whilst the Salafi wishes to create the impression that his view of Eid Salaah at stadiums, etc. is based on Hadeeth, it is rather his personal opinion bereft of Qur’aanic and Hadith support which shall soon be examined and laid bare.
  • Thirdly, There is a difference between the validity of the Eid Salaah and the Sunnah Eidgah. Whilst Salaah would be ‘valid’, i.e. discharged at a sportsfield, it is not permissible to use a sportsfield as an Eidgah. The Sunnah Eidgah should not be confused with the Eid Salaah. We are speaking of an appropriate venue and not of the validity of the Salaah.
  • It seems as if the salafis have presented this Hadeeth of Ibn Abbas Radhiyallahu Anhu because according to the Fuqaha, one is not allowed to even enter a church or synagogue. This is explicitly mentioned by the Hanafi Fuqaha. When one is not allowed to even enter a church, then how can Salaah be performed in a church!
  • The salafi-type qiyaas presented is fallacious. If idols, pictures, crosses, etc. are removed from a church, then too a Muslim should not perform his Salaah in a church. One does not require brains to understand this fact.
  • Hazrat Ibn Abbaas Radhiyallahu Anhu’s action is an exception. The ‘church’ was merely an empty building. It was not a church like today. It was merely a building which was used as a church unlike the sportsfields, school grounds, campuses, which are currently used for Haraam.
  • Furthermore, the action of Ibn Abbaas is not meant for emulation. It merely indicates the validity of the Salaah in the absence of idols, pictures, etc. being present. We are not arguing about the validity of the Eid Salaah on a sportsground. We did not say that the Eid Salaah on a sportsground should be repeated. All what we are saying is that a sportsfield, campus, etc. is not a Sunnah Eidgah!
  • Since, the Fuqaha have ruled that it is not permissible to even enter a church, the action of Ibn Abbaas Radhiyallahu Anhu may not be interpreted to negate this Shar’i order.
  • The molvi’s averment that “Thus if Salaah could be performed at the places of the Jews and Christians, it could similarly be performed at the parks, sports fields etc.” is corrupt. What is the proof from the Fuqaha that Salaah could be performed in a church or synagogue? The molvi is not a Mujtahid. He is not a Faqeeh. Hence he speaks drivel in conflict of what the Fuqaha have stated. When it is Haraam to even enter a church, then how could it be possible for one to even perform Salaah in such a Shaitaani place? The molvi lacks proof for his claim.
  • A person will be rewarded for the Eid Salaah,but one will not attain the thawaab of the Eidgah at a sportsfield, campus, school ground, etc. How can the thawaab of a Sunnah Eidgah be attained when a sportsground, etc. does not qualify as a valid Sunnah Eidgah???
  • The Hadith of Ibn Abbaas Radhiyallahu anhu does not abrogate the Masnoon practice of the Eidgah. The qiyaas (reasoning) which seeks abrogation of a Law of the Shariah is corrupt and fallacious.

SHOPPING MALLS

Continuing his drivel, he states: “The bazaar is also a place where many undesirable and un-Islamic activities take place. However, if the Salaah is performed at such a place the rewards are still earned totally. It is reported in a narration of Saheeh Bukhari that: “The Salaah performed with the congregation in the Masjid is twenty five times more superior than the Salaah performed at home or in the bazaar (alone).” (ibid) From the above it is clear that Salaah could be performed at the bazaar except that due to it being performed individually the rewards of jamaat (congregation) will not be obtained. However, if the Salaah is performed with the congregation even in the bazaar, the rewards will be twenty five times more than performing it individually. The bazaar has been described in the Hadith as the “worst place on the earth”. When Salaah could be performed at such a place (and the rewards still be attained) it could similarly be performed at the parks, sports fields and the like thereof without the rewards being decreased.”        

Our response:

  • We never argued with regards to the validity of the Eid Salaah at a shopping mall. But validity should not be confused with permissibility.
  • The Eidgah is to be an open field where the built-up area ends. The comparison of an Eidgah to a Bazaar is ludicrously bizarre.
  • We also did not dispute about the rewards of the Salaah. We are speaking of the Eidgah. The rewards of the Eidgah are not attained.
  • It is a not a question of whether Salaah could be performed in a bazaar or not. It is about Eid Salaah being performed at the Eidgah. If Salaah could be performed in the bazaar, it does not mean that Eid Salaah should also be performed in the bazaar or sportsfield.
  • When one performs Salaah with Jamaat in the bazaar, one gets the reward of performing Salaah with Jamaat. One does not get the reward of performing Salaah at the Musjid. In fact, if one does not go to the Musjid, one would be sinful. Without a valid reason, it is not permissible to perform one’s Salaah, albeit with Jamaat, at any other place besides the Masjid. The Masjid is the place for Salaah – not the jamaat khanas at the shopping malls. So just as one would not receive the Thawaab of the Musjid when one performs Salaah at the marketplace, malls, etc. in the same way, one will not receive the thawaab of the Sunnah Eidgah if one performs Eid Salaah at a school’s field. On the contrary, one will be sinful for leaving the Masjid if one does not have a valid reason for not performing Salaah in the Musjid. Similarly, one will be sinful for abandoning the Sunnah Eidgah and utilising an accursed venue such as a schoolfield, sportsground, campus, etc. for Eid Salaah.
  • The salafi arguer then clearly proves his lack of understanding by saying: When Salaah could be performed at such a place (and the rewards still be attained) it could similarly be performed at the parks, sports fields and the like thereof without the rewards being decreased. We are not arguing about the rewards of the Salaah. And what is his basis for claiming that the reward is not decreased for performing Salaat in an accursed place?  Despite the bazaar being the worst of places, it is a place of lawful need which even the Ambiya frequented. School grounds, sportsfields, campuses are never ever regarded as a necessity in Islam. On the contrary, they are accursed places of sin and immorality.
  • The salafi molvi also perpetrates skulduggery by saying that Salaah could be performed at a bazaar. Validity and permissibility of performing Salaah in the bazaar do not cancel  the compulsion of performing Salaah in the Masjid with jamaat. The permissibility of Salaah in the bazaar is an act totally separate from performing Salaah in the Masjid. This argument is completely fallacious.  Eid Salaah should not be performed at even a Musjid –leave alone a bazaar , and moreso an evil accursed venue.
  • Furthermore, shopping malls are not designed as places of Salaah. The place of Salaah is a Musjid. A Muslim only frequents the bazaar, mall out of necessity. One is allowed to go to such places out of necessity – real necessity. Going to the malls for a walk or to pass time is Haraam. There is much Haraam there. When one is not allowed by the Shariah to visit places of Haraam, then by what stretch of Islamic logic, could one actually utilise a Haraam venue for one’s Salaah when there are so many halaal alternatives. Performing Salaah in the mall unnecessarily instead of the Musaajid, is not permissible. A person who is unfortunately trapped in an accursed mall due to need, has no alternative other than performing Salaah there to avoid it becoming qadha. It is not permissible for him to set out from home with the express intention of performing Salaah in  the abode of the Devil. Eid Salaah is not to be performed in the Musjid – forget even the malls and the haraam sportsfields, the evil school grounds, the shaitaani campuses, and the devil’s stadiums.

RELIGIOUS ENVIRONMENT

The lost molvi  then presents the following irrational argument: “Often at such fields religious gatherings take place. A totally religious environment is created. Salaat is also performed. Can it be said that the reward of the Salaah performed there will decreased in any way!?”

Response:

Yes, it will be drastically decreased. The Venue for Salaah is the Musjid, not the haraam place where kuffaar, fussaaq, fujjaar and scum revel and frolic. It is incorrect to use a shameless venue for one’s Islamic gatherings. This is the fundamental error – holding a Deeni activity in a shaitaani venue. These fields are cursed. The wrath of Allah descends upon them. There is so much haraam in kuffaar sports that it makes a person wonder at the ignorance and intellectual deficiency of professed ‘scholars’ who are unable to understand that all these acts are Haraam.  Just as how a cinema or casino zina resort should not be used for an Islamic function, the same way Eid Salaah should not be read at such evil places.

We also do not and did not and are not arguing about the rewards of the Salaah. We are speaking of the Eidgah – not the Salaah. Hosting the Eid Salaah at such venues confers acceptance and permissibility, albeit false, to these  evil places. Everyone is aware that there is no proper Hijaab at the so-called ‘Muslim’ schools; that pornography is taught, and other evils such as music, pictography, haraam sport, etc, are integral to secular schools. The so-called Muslim schools are Haraam. But even Ulama lack Islamic intelligence. They shamelessly send their  children to Jahannam by admitting them to these immoral cauldrons of hell.

Recently, some ‘Ulama’ had a function at one of these so-called “Muslim” schools in the name of Moulana Qaasim Nanotwi Rahimahullah. Choosing the ‘muslim’ school as a venue for an Ulama function indicates the mental corruption of these  Ulama who organised and participated at such a function. It is not possible for an Aalim of the Haqq to have been present at such a function if he had a proper understanding of the Shariah and knew of the evils of ‘Muslim’ schools. Much Haraam takes place at these Muslim schools and yet the Ulama wish to utilise such a venue for their function. After all, it was a merrymaking function and it is obviously not difficult for us to understand why Moulana Qaasim Nanotwi Rahimahullah had stated  that the majority of the Ulama in his time were Ulama e Soo. In today’s time it is 95% or maybe even 99% of the Ulama who are Mudhilleen (misleaders) taking people straight into Jahannam via Shaitaan’s National Highway of propagating, defending and indulging in  Bid’ah and Baatil, and also remaining silent in the face of Baatil.

The slight digression was necessary to highlight the  evil of the venues which are selected  for the Eid Salaah.

THE MASJID

The salafi molvi then states: “The above discussion leaves no doubt that any open field on the outskirts should be used as a Musalla. By performing the Eid Salaah in the Masjid, a Sunnatul Mu’akkadah is omitted and the wisdom and benefits of the Musalla is lost.”

He clearly mentions outskirts, but these parks, sportsfields, school grounds, university campuses are within the built-up area. They are not on the outskirts. When one performs Eid Salaah in the Musjid for no valid reason, then one will be discarding a Sunnatul Muakkadah! So do you think you will be fulfilling a Sunnatul Muakkadah when you perform Eid Salaah at a Mal’oon detested sportsfield which awaits Allah’s impending Athaab? Obviously No! it seems as if the molvi lacks wisdom and he does not understand the harms when one hosts an Eid Salaah at a shameless venue of the devil such as Stadiums, sports fields, school grounds, campuses, resorts, ghost parks, etc. When one will be leaving out a Sunnah by performing the Eid Salaah in a Musjid, then we are unable to understand the stupid wisdom of how it would be possible for one to be upholding the Sunnah when one performs Eid Salaah at the venue of the devil???

The Musjid has  a greater right than the venues of the devil in the absence of a proper Sunnah Eidgah – not a sports field, school ground, university campus, stadium or animal park. This fact could be better understood from the Shaafi’ view that the Musjid is adfhal (better.of greater merit) for the Eid Salaah than even the Eidgah.

CONCLUSION

The self-proclaimed ghost-mujtahids say that Eid Salaah must be on a field. However, they have failed to understand that when the Shariah says a field, it does not mean a mal’oon or evil ground. Furthermore, the Shariah stipulates that it should be where the built-up area ends. Thus, it is in fact a Bid’ah to have Eid Salaah at evil grounds. This displaces the actual Sunnah. We find many salafi-type Ulama contradicting themselves in this regard such as the salafi molvi whom we are refuting in this article.

Furthermore, don’t quote to us the views of this Aalim and that Aalim. If their views are in conflict with the Shariah, then their views will be set aside. We are not Muqallids of the Ulama of Nizaamud Deen, Dhabel, Paalanpur, Patta-pur, Alaska, Iceland, China, Antarctica or anywhere else in the world. We follow the Fuqaha whose verdict is the final word, for they understood the Shariah better than all the myriads of  hollow ‘scholars’ of this age.

Revive the Sunnah of the real Sunnah Eidgaah on the outskirts and let us stop looking for silly excuses. Twice a year, we are not prepared to stand up for the real Sunnah Eidgaah, then when will we ever be ready to defend and uphold the Sunnah of Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam. A Shaitaani venue or evil place can never be a Sunnah Eidgaah!

THE AUSPICIOUS NIGHTS OF RAMADHAN AND INDULGENCE IN FUTILITY AND HARAAM – ESPECIALLY THE SHAITAANI RADIO STATIONS

Why is it that people are not interested in the fatwas of truth of the Shariah? Why are they so biased? Why do they prefer following the Ulama-e-soo’ (evil scholars)? Despite presenting so much proof, some people are not interested in the truth. It is the addiction factor coupled with ignorance and pride which hinder us from the path of Allah. Kindly read the Ahaadith below and then view the remainder of the article for Allah’s sake. The Ummah is becoming more weaker by the day, and we find that the evil Ulama are making things worse with their so-called ‘Islamic’ radio stations of Shaytaan.

Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said: “Verily, in Ramadaan there is a Caller who announces after the first third of the night or the last third of the night: ‘Is there anyone asking for something so that he may be given what he is asking for?  Is there any seeker of forgiveness so that he may be forgiven? Is there any repenter seeking repentance so that Allah may accept his Taubah?”

Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam has said: “Allah Ta’ala descends to the first heavens every night and says: ‘Is there anyone asking so that he may be given what he is asking for? Is there anyone seeking forgiveness so that he may be forgiven? This endures until the time of  Fajr.”

Ibn Abbaas Radhiyallahu Anhu says: “Allah Ta’ala waits in the month of Ramadhaan every night until the first third of the night passes. Then He descends to the first heaven and says ‘Is there anyone asking for something so that he may be given what he is asking for?  Is there any seeker of forgiveness so that he may be forgiven? Is there any repenter seeking repentance so that Allah may accept his Taubah?”

The virtues of the month of Ramadhaan are plenty. The days and nights of Ramadhaan are very auspicious. During Ramadhaan, even that which is Halaal has become Haraam whilst one is fasting. During the day, we are not allowed to eat, drink, etc. When we are not allowed to partake in Halaal, then what does our intelligence tell us about indulgence in that which is Haraam whilst we are fasting!

Fasting from food, etc. is one type of fasting. But the greater fast is abstention from sin. Fasting from sin is the great fast in which many Muslims have failed. Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam has said: “The Fast does not consist of only abstention from eating and drinking. Verily, fasting is from laghw (nonsense/drivel/futility) and vulgarity. Thus if someone should abuse you or act ignorantly (with you), then say:Verily, I am fasting.”

We would unfortunately be wasting another Ramadhaan if we indulge in Haraam. Our fasting would then resemble a self-imposed hunger. Hence Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) narrating a Hadith Qudsi said that Allah Tabaarak Wa Ta’ala says:  “He whose limbs do not fast from My prohibitions, there is no need for his abstention from food and drink for My Sake.”

It should be understood that just as the thawaab (reward) for righteous deeds and acts of ibaadat is multiplied manifold in holy places and at times of holiness, so too is the punishment of Allah Ta’ala multiplied manifold for committing reprehensible acts in holy places and holy times such as the Month of Ramadhaan. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “For many a time for the Saa-im (the fasting person) there is nothing in his Fast but hunger.”

Just as the days are very auspicious, we should not be deceived into believing that the nights are not very holy because of one not being in a state of fasting during the night. Many Muslims show disregard for the Holy nights of Ramadhaan. Abstention from sin is necessary also at night. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Many a time for the Qaa-im (the person who stands in Taraweeh) there is nothing in his Taraweeh but abstention from sleep.”

RADIO STATIONS?

The worst of sins which Muslims perpetrate in Ramadhan is viewing Television and listening to the so-called Islamic Radio Stations. Many people wish to argue away the truth by saying that there is much benefit in these Shaitaan Radio stations and Shaitaani so-called Islamic TV Channels such as ‘education’, etc. Confound the benefits of these stations and understand well that there are benefits in pig, beer, gambling and every Haraam act. Despite the benefits, these acts remain Haraam.

The fact that TV is Haraam is clear. It is photography of animate objects. And this is Haraam. Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said: “the worst of people on the Day of Qiyaamah will be the picture-makers.” Thus, watching ITV and its sisters are Haraam. All TV programs are Haraam. It is Haraam to watch Makkah and Madinah Taraweeh. One doesn’t need brains to understand this fact. As far as the Shaitaani so-called Islamic Radio Stations are concerned, the following Haraam acts are associated with them:

  • Women on air: According to all the Fuqaha, it is not permissible for a woman to project her voice. The manner in which women speak over these so-called Islamic stations is absolutely Haraam. Only a jaahil opines the opposite of it being permissible. It is a clear exhibition of jahiliyyah prostitution.
  • Discarding and total violation of Hijaab. It is not permissible for a woman to leave her home in order to participate in a radio program as a presenter, etc. Furthermore, these Shaitaani radio and TV stations violate the laws of Hijaab in several ways.
  • Interviewing women and giving mini biographies of women.
  • Indulging in Photography, Videos, etc.
  • Facebook links and linking people to much Haraam.
  • Airing and propagating Baatil views in the name of Islam.
  • Associated with the Ulama e Soo and The Mudhilleen. We can point out that each and every so-called Islamic radio station in South Africa is associated with evil Ulama. Insha Allah, in the future, we will tackle each radio station separately.
  • Participating in Haraam shows, souks, awards, and functions.
  • Associated with the halaal certifiers such as Sanha, MJC, ICSA, NIHT, etc. All of them are faasiq. They know this themselves.
  • Propagating Bid’ah acts such as congregational loud thikr.
  • Engaging in much futility and drivel.
  • The Radio stations of Shaitaan in the guise of Islam are guilty of imitating the Kuffaar in many of their programs. Their emulation and mimicking of kuffaar presenters and broadcasters is indeed very despicable. Tashabbuh is Haraam and dangerous for one’s Imaan. And, this is a million times worse for Muslim women who mimic kuffaar women like clowns in their  They make apes and fools of themselves when they  attempt to capture the natural mannerism of kuffaar women in their voices  when making their devilish  radio presentations and announcements.
  • Advertising and Promoting Haraam.
  • Allowing Shias, salafis, fussaaq and other rubbishes to come on air.
  • Zina of various degrees on the radio station.
  • Allowing women to phone in during programs. The Molvis and Muftis of these stations are indeed very be-hayaa. It makes us wonder – What did their Ustaads even teach them in Madrasah?
  • Women and men cracking jokes together.
  • Women reading out recipes and news. It is difficult to even believe that ‘Ulama’ come on these stations when they know that so many men are listening to the womenfolk. Did Hazrat Ayesha Radhiyallahu Anha read out recipes and news to the menfolk? Those who come on these radio and TV stations are not worthy of the ‘Ulama’ title. They are among the worse
  • And one of their worst acts is their competitions and dramas in Ramadaan. Can these stations ever be termed ‘Islamic’?
  • Treating the great night of Eid like an amusement night when the reality is that this night is greater than even Lailatul Qadr.
  • Haraam Nazms and Nasheeds. According to all four Math-habs, Nazm Jalsahs and singing Nazms, Naats, etc. for a public audience is Haraam. But these shayaateen of the Radio Stations are not interested in the truth. They are experts at presenting lame excuses and spinning baatil so that it appears halaal to the ignorant masses.
  • Justifying all the Haraam they are involved in.

In this way do they destroy the most auspicious Nights of the year, and along with this destruction, do they ruin the Imaan and Morality of the ignorant masses.

The above are merely a few evils and Haraams associated with these so-called ‘islamic’ radios, which are in fact the ‘forces’ of Shaitaan. These stations are flagrantly and openly aiding evil. It is obviously not permissible to increase the listenership of a radio station which promotes and indulges in such open Haraam acts. It is not permissible to listen to even the ‘good’ of these so-called stations. Your Imaan is in danger with these stations. They will always present all their baatil and falsehood as the truth. As a layman, you will fall in their Shaitaani trap.

According to the principles of Fiqh, warding off harm is incumbent and is  given preference over the acquisition of benefit. The harms and evils of these radio stations outweigh the good by far. Thus, it is not all permissible to listen to these so-called ‘Islamic’ stations. The Ahaadith mention about Allah Ta’ala descending to the first Heaven on these nights while the people are ruining themselves by wasting the holy and valuable nights listening to the evil radio stations and participating in haraam radio competitions. Instead of engaging in ibaadat, they listen to the haraam radios broadcasting their shaitaaniyat. Is this how we as Muslims are supposed to behave?

It is Haraam for men to listen to the womenfolk. Likewise it is haraam for women to listen to men singing nazams. It is Haraam to listen to the Nazms, especially for women. There are many more evils associated. They are in fact leading people astray.

It is thus only a very unfortunate person who is deprived from the mercy of Allah Ta’ala during this month of Ramadhaan in which Allah Ta’ala sends down his special mercy as is mentioned in the Hadith. Indulgence in sin especially by listening to these radio stations or by watching TV is depriving one’s self of the blessing of Ramadhaan. One is depriving one’s self of the special Rahmat of Ramadhaan. This deprivation is  a sign of Allah’s curse on  the radios of shaitaan and on those who waste the holy nights listening to the haraam and the muck of these shaitaani radio stations.

A sinner deprives himself due to his addiction to Haraam. Despite the Shayaateen being chained, we find Muslims indulging, speaking, listening and viewing much Shaitaaniyat during the Holy month of Ramadhaan via these shaitaani radio stations and TV channels. Such a sacred and valuable month, but yet we remain deaf, dumb and blind…
